HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use the Personal Information we collect:
• To provide, maintain, improve, and enhance our Site;
• To personalize your experience on our Site such as by providing tailored content and recommendations;
• To understand and analyze how you use our Site and develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
• To communicate with you, provide you with updates and other information relating to our Site, provide information that you request, respond to comments and questions, and otherwise provide customer service and support;
• To facilitate the connection of third-party services or applications;
• For marketing and advertising purposes, such as developing and providing promotional and advertising materials that may be relevant, valuable, or otherwise of interest to you;
• To generate anonymized or aggregate data containing only de-identified, non-Personal Information that we may use for any lawful purposes;
• To send you text messages and push notifications;
• To find and prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to trust and safety issues that may arise;
• For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Service or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency; and
• For other purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time the information is collected.
GOOGLE USER DATA
SuperCool lets you connect a Google account. Depending on the services you turn on, we access:
• Google Calendar: your events, to view and manage them, to find the meetings you have asked your agent to join, and to create events and send invitations when you ask your agent to schedule a meeting.
• Google Docs and Sheets: only the files you choose with Google's file picker.
• Gmail (only if you turn it on): your email, to search, read, draft, send, label and archive messages.
How we use it. Only to provide the features you ask for. For example, when you ask your agent to summarize your inbox, reply to a message, send an email on your behalf, or schedule a meeting. Your agent sends email only when you instruct it to, in chat or by voice.
Sharing. We don't sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We share it only with the AI model providers and service providers that process your requests on our behalf, as required by law, or at your direction.
Human access. Our staff don't read your Google user data unless you give explicit permission (for example, for support), it's needed for security such as investigating abuse, or it's required by law.
Storage and deletion. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest. Email content your agent reads appears in that conversation's history so you can see what it did, and is deleted when you delete the conversation or your account. We don't write email content to our application logs. You can disconnect any time in Settings → Connectors, which revokes our access at Google and deletes our stored tokens, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
AI. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Limited Use. SuperCool's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI MEETING ASSISTANT
SuperCool lets you send your AI agent into your video meetings on services such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex. Your agent joins as a participant named as your AI assistant, listens to the meeting, responds when spoken to, can carry out tasks that participants request, and can share its screen to show content. Your agent can also join meetings from your connected calendar according to the setting you choose, and can schedule meetings and send invitations when you ask.
Information we collect in meetings. When your agent attends a meeting, we collect the meeting's audio and a transcript of it, the display names of participants as provided by the meeting service, information about when each participant spoke, messages your agent posts in the meeting chat, and what your agent says and shows. This includes information about meeting participants who do not have a SuperCool account.
How we use it. We use this information to let your agent understand and respond during the meeting, to carry out tasks requested in the meeting, to prepare meeting notes (such as a summary, decisions and action items), and to let your agent recall the meeting in later conversations with you. Meeting notes are delivered only to the account owner, in SuperCool and by email; you can turn the email off at any time in your meeting settings. Notes are shared with anyone else only if you choose to share them.
Your data in meetings. A setting lets you choose whether your agent may use your data in meetings, such as your memories, past conversations, other chats and connected applications. It is off by default. When it is off, your agent uses only information from the meeting itself.
Service providers. To provide this feature we use service providers that join meetings and capture audio and participant information, convert speech to text, power your agent's responses, generate your agent's voice and video avatar, provide real-time audio and video, connect your agent to meetings by phone, and send meeting notes and invitations by email. They process this information on our behalf to provide the feature.
Notice to participants. Your agent identifies itself as an AI assistant by its name and announces its presence in the meeting chat, or out loud where a meeting has no chat. If you participated in a meeting attended by a SuperCool agent and have questions about your information, contact us at legal@deal.ai.
ZOOM USER DATA
If you connect a Zoom account, we access your Zoom profile, the ability to let your agent join Zoom meetings on your behalf, and the ability to create and update Zoom meetings. We use this access only to provide these features. We do not sell Zoom user data or use it for advertising. When you remove the SuperCool app from your Zoom account, we delete your Zoom connection. You can disconnect Zoom at any time in Settings → Connectors, and you can ask us to delete other related information by contacting legal@deal.ai.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) PROCESSING
Famous.ai and the Famous mobile app let you build and edit software applications using artificial intelligence. To provide these features, content you submit — including prompts and instructions, images and files you attach, and content contained in projects you create — may be transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial intelligence service providers that we engage from time to time.
These providers process information in accordance with the terms, data processing agreements, configurations, and privacy documentation applicable to the services we use. Their data-processing practices, including whether and under what circumstances information may be retained or used to develop, evaluate, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, may vary by provider, product, configuration, and agreement. We encourage you to review the applicable terms, privacy policies, and other data-processing documentation of the third-party AI providers used in connection with the Site for additional information regarding their processing practices.
We may use information submitted through the Site as described in this Privacy Policy to provide, maintain, develop, evaluate, improve, and secure the Site and its underlying technologies. Where Personal Information is used for additional purposes, we will process such information in accordance with applicable data protection law and the legal bases described in this Privacy Policy.
In the Famous mobile app, we ask for your permission before your content is sent for AI processing the first time you use the feature.
Connected Applications. If you connect SuperCool to a third-party application, such as ChatGPT, an MCP client, or our API, we return to that application the content you request through it: your agent's replies, the titles and status of your work, and links to files you created. That application's handling of this content is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect a connected application at any time from your SuperCool account settings.
Slack. If you add the SuperCool app to a Slack workspace, we receive the messages that mention @SuperCool, direct messages sent to it, /supercool commands, and files attached to those messages, along with the workspace, channel and Slack user IDs needed to reply. We do not read other messages in your workspace. We use this content only to carry out your request with your agent and to post the reply and finished work back in Slack. Each person links their own SuperCool account once, and what they ask for is saved in that account's chats like any other request. We store the workspace's access token encrypted, and we keep thread details for 14 days so we can post finished work. If you remove the app from your workspace, we stop processing its messages; to delete the remaining Slack data, email support@supercool.com.
SUB-PROCESSORS
We use service providers ("sub-processors") to operate SuperCool. They process information only on our behalf, to provide the service. The current list is at deal.ai/sub-processors.
